Black Flys provides a One Year Limited Warranty for Manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase by the original owner.  Manufacturer defects are warranted by Black Flys eyewear, not the retailer.

Warranty excludes: lens scratches caused by negligence, damage beyond our control due to improper care or use such as: heat warping from dashboard, hinges being ripped out from placing in pocket, face plants, taking a punch with your shades on, or chemicals which affect the plastic, ie: some forms of sunblock. Liability is limited solely to the repair of the sunglasses.  Sunglasses will be replaced only if deemed necessary by Black Flys eyewear.  We disclaim liability for related damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty. 

A copy of the receipt must be included with all warranties.
